Validité des Creative Commons face au droit français
Bien que la protection des ouvres sur Internet soit fidèlement encadrée par le Code de la propriété intellectuelle, ce dernier n’est pas identique dans tous les pays. Afin de prévenir ce genre de situation, l’organisation Creative Commons propose une protection des ouvres identique pour l’ensemble de la planète s’adaptant aux législations nationales.

New Israeli Copyright Law
The new Copyright Law recognizes new types of copyrights in Israel, including the general right to produce a derivative work (e.g., book dramatization) and the right to place an existing work in the public domain (e.g. uploading such work to the Internet). The Copyright Law refers to works that are architectural, artistic, dramatic, literary, sculptural, photographic or cinematographic.

Australia – Copyright in database.compilations – The Ice Case – Is any use of informationin a database subject to copyrigh permitted?
In May 2008, the Full Federal Court of Australia upheld an appeal by Nine Network Australia Pty Limited (« Nine »), finding that Ice Pty Limited (« Ice ») had infringed the copyright in Nine’s television program schedules. The Full Federal Court held that Ice infringed Nine’s compilation copyright by substantially reproducing Nine’s program titles and times in Ice’s subscription-based electronic program guide (« EPG ») for television.
